Turn on or off the LED in case a serial

event occurs.

NOTE: Tally 1 / 2 / 3 can trigger either

Label or Border, but there is only one

border or label. If tally 1 / 2 / 3 are triggered

simultaneously, the display priority will be

tally 1, tally 2, then tally 3.
